Officials say they are considering scrapping plan to stagger tolls, aim for full tolling in fall 2016.
LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- Two people were found dead in a home in Washington County, Kentucky.
Around 10 p.m. Sunday, someone called the Springfield Police Department to report a man was threatening suicide.
Shortly after, the caller reported that someone had been shot.
When police arrived on the scene, they found 52-year-old William Woodford and his mother-in-law, 58-year-old Phyllis Tarter, dead.
Woodford's wife and 17-year-old stepson fled the residence and were not injured.
Autopsies have been scheduled for later today.
