LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- Louisville Metro Police say a DUI suspect was willing to go to extremes to win her freedom, including offering to perform a sex act on the arresting officer.
According to an arrest report, 24-year-old Amanda M. Dudek was driving near the corner of Dixie Highway and Ashby Lane, just before 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday, when she smashed into the back of another vehicle, then veered off the road and hit the curb.
When police arrived, Dudek was out of her vehicle and allegedly had trouble standing up. Her speech was also slurred, according to police.
She was arrested at the scene, but police say she wouldn't go quietly. She allegedly became very loud and started screaming, demanding to go home.
As she was being transported to Metro Corrections, police say she began kicking the windows of the police vehicle, and even offered to perform a sex act on the officer if he would let her go home.
When confronted about the fact that she was allegedly driving drunk when she crashed into the back of another vehicle, Dudek allegedly told police that the other driver shouldn't have stopped in front of her.
Dudek was arrested and charged with driving under the influence, according to an arrest report.
