LOUISVILLE, KY. (WDRB) -- The community is remembering former Metro Councilwoman Judy Green today. Friends and colleagues say she is known for her efforts to help children and seniors.
She died Tuesday afternoon after suffering a massive heart attack.
Green resigned from Metro Council in September of 2011 for an ethics violation, but a council court still formally removed her from office. Green always maintained she did nothing wrong.
Her visitation is from 6-9 p.m. at St. Stephen Church. Her funeral will be tomorrow at 11 a.m., also at St. Stephen.
