Crayon hearts and freezer paper stencils personalize Valentine's Day gifts

Posted: Updated:

If you have a long list of Valentines but are short on your budget, hand made gifts may be the answer. D. I. Y. Louisville's Julee Lair and Elizabeth "Craft E" Magee have some easy projects that can involve the whole family.

Personalizing tshirts, pillows or almost anything is a great gift. And D. I. Y. Louisville's Julee Lair is showing us how to use freezer paper to create stencils. It's easy and can be done on most types of fabric for various projects.

This craft is a fun idea for Valentine's Day! Have your favorite little ones help make these simple and colorful crayons shaped as hearts. All you need is a silicon baking tray with heart-shaped molds, crayons (new or old), and an oven.
