LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- Louisville Metro Police say they've arrested three women for using a 15-year-old girl to help them steal merchandise at Walmart.

It happened at the Walmart on Outer Loop, near New Cut Road, shortly after 6 p.m. on Wednesday.

According to arrest reports, 33-year-old Lorie J. Bullard walked into the Walmart with her 15-year-old daughter, as well as 23-year-old Tabitha S. Myers and 27-year-old Reva D. Miller.

While inside, the four of them allegedly began removing merchandise from the shelves and concealing it in purses. Police say the 15-year-old was one of the suspects who would remove the items, while her co-defendants concealed them.

Police stopped the three adults and arrested them.

All three of the suspects are charged with theft and engaging in an unlawful transaction with a minor.

Information about the 15-year-old is unavailable, since juvenile records are sealed.
