LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- Police are looking for the man who robbed the U.S. Bank in Shively on Thursday.
According to a news release from the Shively Police Department, it happened just before 11:30 a.m. at the U.S. Bank on 4021 Dixie Highway.
The individual demanded cash from the teller's drawer by a written note. Once he had been given the money from the teller's drawer he then exited the bank with an undisclosed amount of money on foot without incident. No one was hurt during this robbery.
The suspect is described as a white male in his 30s or early 40s with a thin to medium build. He's believed to be between 5'6" and 5'9." When last seen he was wearing glasses and had dark or salt and pepper colored hair and mustache.
At the time of the robbery, the suspect was wearing a dark hooded sweatshirt, dark pants (with a possible light checkered pattern flannel pajama pants) and gloves.
After receiving cash, the suspect put it in a brown paper bag and left on foot. When last seen he was headed east.
