(Frankfort) – Kentucky State Police Post 12 in Frankfort is investigating the escape of two Blackburn Correctional Complex inmates in Lexington. Donnie Johnson and Willard Wilson were noticed missing on Sunday, January 27, 2013 at 8:22 pm.
Both escapees may possibly be wearing khaki shirts and khaki trousers, or gray sweatpants and gray sweatshirts, or any combination of both.
