LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- A former cashier of the UPS store has been arrested after police say she stole the contents of multiple packages that customers had brought to the store she was working at.

According to an arrest warrant, 22-year-old Jamie Bowen of La Grange, Ky. is accused of several incidents that allegedly took place from Dec. 11 to Dec. 14.

On Dec. 11, she allegedly took $30 in cash, as well as a $30 Target gift card that were in a package that was given to her by a customer to ship.

On Dec. 13, a customer brought a package containing an iPad, valued at $593.59, to the store for Bowen to ship. Police say Bowen stole that iPad.

On Dec. 14, a man asked Bowen to ship a package for him. That package contained six ornaments, as well as $50 in cash. Bowen allegedly raided the contents of that package as well -- although the recipients got their package as scheduled, the $50 in cash was missing.

Bowen was taken into custody on Jan. 25 and charged with multiple counts of theft.
