LOUISVILLE, KY. (WDRB) -- Eight Penn State University students are being charged with giving alcoholic beverages to a minor in connection with a party in which a student from Louisville was seriously injured after falling five stories from a window.

19-year-old Paige Raque, a Penn State cheerleader, suffered severe brain damage and a shattered pelvis in the fall that happened during a party last October.  Authorities determined the fall was accidental.

WDRB News contacted Tom Raque, Paige Raque's father, who says he is not making any comment about the arrests.
