New Italian restaurant opens at Fourth Street Live

LOUISVILLE, KY. (WDRB) -- A new Italian restaurant officially opened Friday at Fourth Street Live.  It's called Quattro and is locally owned by Josh Hillyard.

He says he was most recently the Executive Chef at Standard Country Club.  Hillyard says his restaurant serves authentic, rustic Italian cooking and offers a comfy, quiet place to eat:  "Aside from the fact that we're going to serve great food with fresh ingredients, we're really focusing on the Italian side of dining which is fun, and local, and seasonal."

Other restaurants that were previously in that location included Mozzaria and Red Star Tavern.  Quattro is open for lunch and dinner Monday through Friday and dinner only on Saturday.
