LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB)--- Another suspect in a deadly Indianapolis house explosion wants his trial moved outside the city. Mark Leonard filed a motion for a change of venue this week because of publicity surrounding the case.
But prosecutors say it's possible for him to get a fair trial in Indianapolis. Leonard's girlfriend, Monserrate Shirley has also requested that her trial be moved.
Shirley, Leonard, and Leonard's brother Bob are accused of setting a gas explosion in their home for insurance money. The blast killed the couple next door and damaged dozens of neighborhood homes.
