LOUISVILLE, Ky. -- Foodies are in luck as local restaurants participate in a special event. This is the first year for 502 Restaurant Week.
Several popular eateries are offering customers a deal. A meal at places like Napa River Grill and Decca will cost either $50 a person or $50 a couple.
It's an effort to get people to try new restaurants during a slow time of year.
"502 Restaurant Week is the week, ten days to go out to eat. It'll be a great value. Many of the restaurants are offering a meal that would cost twice as much as they would normally pay, and it's a wonderful experience," Belinda Gates, Owner 502 Events.
502 Restaurant Week starts February 22nd. For more information, click here.
