LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- There are still no suspects after a deadly shooting in broad daylight in the Clifton neighborhood.
Metro Police say 32-year-old Jahmal Lestrade and another man were shot yesterday afternoon at the Crescent Run apartments in Clifton, just two blocks from the shops and restaurants of Frankfort Avenue.
Emergency crews rushed Lestrade to University Hospital, where he died a few hours later.
The other man who was with Lestrade at the time of the shooting survived, but he is in stable condition after surgery.
Police say Lestrade did not live at the apartments.
Anyone with any information on the shootings are asked to call Metro Police at 574-LMPD.
