LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- Louisville Metro Police have arrested a father after police say he brought his three children along to a heroin deal.
According to an arrest report, 30-year-old Rodrecus Donnell Lee was seen making a heroin deal in the parking lot of the McDonald's at the corner of Bardstown Road and Fegenbush Lane, shortly after 9 p.m. on Thursday.
When police stopped Lee, he allegedly had six bundles of heroin in his jeans pocket. He also allegedly had $615 in his pocket, and was unemployed.
Police say Lee brought his three children -- ages 6, 1 and 1 -- along for the drug deal and left them waiting in the car.
Lee was arrested and charged with three counts of endangering the welfare of a minor, three counts of wanton endangerment and one count of trafficking in a controlled substance, according to the arrest report.
