LOUISVILLE, KY. (WDRB) -- Louisville Metro Police need help finding two brothers accused of robbing banks. John Higgs and Steven Higgs were arrested in June.
John Higgs did not show up for sentencing last month, and police say Steven Higgs escaped from the Metro Corrections Home Incarceration Program.
