LOUISVILLE, KY. (WDRB) -- Potential jurors can expect hundreds of questions in the William Clyde Gibson murder trial.
The jury will come from Dearborn County, Indiana. Today was his pre-trial conference in Floyd Superior Court.
He's charged with the murders of three women. Gibson's first trial for the murder of 75-year-old Christine Whitis is set for July of this year.
This morning's discussion was about a jury questionnaire.
Floyd Co. Prosecutor Keith Henderson said, "Today we discussed the timeline of questionnaires. In the case of this magnitude, a death penalty case will involve probably a couple of hundred questions. It's quite involved, the judge today simply discussed what the timeline was."
Gibson was not at today's hearing. He remains in the state prison in Wabash, Indiana.
One his victims was found in Gibson's back yard, another in his garage.
