LOUISVILLE, KY. (WDRB) -- The Kentucky castle is about to serve up something new. A restaurant is in the works at the landmark in Woodford County.
The owner behind it wants to open it as soon as possible, but hasn't decided how much it will cost to eat there.
County officials amended an ordinance that allows places meeting the definition of a tourist destination to open restaurants, gifts shops, and to hold special events.
The castle was renovated by current owner Tom Post, who opened it in 2008 as CastlePost, a luxury bed-and-breakfast.
