Police find drugs after traffic stop for texting

LOUISVILLE, KY. (WDRB) -- Police have arrested an Indiana man who was pulled over for texting and driving on I-65 near Sellersburg.

A trooper pulled 27-year-old Johnnie Sizemore of Austin, Indiana, over after he left the roadway several times while texting.

But the trooper noticed that something wasn't right with Sizemore.

He searched the truck and found hydrocodone, Xanax, opana, alprazolam, and nearly $1,500.

Sizemore was arrested and charged with dealing in a schedule two controlled substance, possession of controlled substances, texting while driving, and more.

Sizemore was sent to Clark County Jail, where he awaits his first court appearance.
