LOUISVILLE, KY. (WDRB) -- The phones are down at Jeffersonville's City Hall and Police and Fire Departments -- but 911 calls are not affected.
Mayor Mike Moore says non-emergency numbers for police and fire, and city department numbers are not working.
The city's phone system went down last night.
A representative from AT&T is working to fix the problem, which includes replacing some parts needed for repair. Moore says he expects the lines to be down throughout the day while the problem is fixed.
