Officials say they are considering scrapping plan to stagger tolls, aim for full tolling in fall 2016.
LOUISVILLE, KY. (WDRB) -- A southern Indiana brother and sister are behind bars after police find suspected heroin during a routine traffic stop.
The driver, 40-year-old Christopher Stidham, and his 36-year-old sister Connie Stidham of Austin, Indiana both face drug charges.
Indiana State Police stopped their car near the Clark County-Scott County line on Interstate 65 South. A state police K-9 identified drugs in the car.
Troopers located suspected heroin, a controlled substance, paraphernalia, and a syringe.
They were taken to the Clark County Jail.
