Man indicted for murder at community college parking lot

Posted: Updated:

Louisville, Ky. (WDRB) -- The man accused of killing three people at Hazard Community and Technical College last month has been indicted for murder.

A grand jury indicted Dalton Stidham. He's pleaded not guilty to the three murder charges.

Police say Stidham killed his former girlfriend, 20-year-old Caitlin Cornett, her uncle Jackie Cornett, and her 12-year-old cousin Taylor Cornett on January 15.

Stidham had a 2-year-old child with Caitlin Cornett and had met her in the parking lot to exchange custody.

All three were found dead on the scene and had been shot multiple times.

An indictment is just an accusation, not a proof of guilt.
