HARLAN, Ky. (AP) -- Two men in eastern Kentucky have been arrested after state troopers found a man dead in a yard in Harlan County.
Troopers found 30-year-old Damiano Delany at about 10 p.m. EST Saturday outside a home in the Baxter community in southeastern Kentucky. Troopers took 25-year-old Jody Cooper into custody and charged him with murder, abuse of a corpse, tampering with physical evidence and robbery. They also arrested 28-year-old Justin Miller and charged him with murder and tampering with physical evidence.
It was unclear if either man had an attorney Sunday morning.
State Police says the investigation into Delany's death is ongoing.
