LOUISVILLE, KY. (WDRB) -- The Comfy Cow is expanding. Our partners at Business First report that the ice cream shop is starting the process to franchise units across the area.
The owners hope the first location could open next year.
Right now Comfy cow has three Louisville locations; the first opened in 2009.
