LOUISVILLE, KY. (WDRB) -- A Louisville wedding photographer has pleaded guilty to taking thousands of dollars from clients, but not taking their pictures.

Ramon Rodriguez was sentenced to 18 years behind bars for those charges and for previous incidents including escape and theft. He was accused of taking over $9,000 from several clients to shoot photographs at various weddings.

He is asking for shock probation, and the Commonwealth has agreed not to object. As part of the deal, he must pay restitution.
