LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- A Louisville doctor has been charged with sexually abusing a patient.
The doctor's attorneys claim he's innocent and that the patient was doctor shopping.
According to the arrest report, Dr. Ghias Arar was charged with sexually abusing a patient on Feb. 22.
The woman's attorney says she has degenerative bone disease and went to Dr. Arar for help. The arrest citation says he groped her, tore her clothing and left DNA evidence on her.
Arar posted $1,500 bail after his arrest on Friday. He's due back in court on Tuesday.
