LOUISVILLE, KY. (WDRB) -- Months after a young Louisville woman fell from a window at a college party, several Penn State students are expected in court today to face charges.
Those charges stem from the October party where 19-year-old Louisvillian Paige Raque fell from a fifth-story window. Police determined the fall was an accident, but said minors at the party were drinking alcohol.
Eight Penn State students will be in court today for a preliminary hearing on charges of providing alcohol to minors.
Raque is still recovering from serious brain and hip injuries from the fall.
