Indiana man arrested for calling 911 to ask for food

Posted: Updated:

LOUISVILLE, KY. (WDRB) -- There are some emergencies where calling 911 is not the answer.

Newcastle, Indiana resident Gregory Jackson was arrested last week after police say he called 911 multiple times to request a cheeseburger.

Jackson was also wanted on separate charges for failing to show up for a hearing.

His arrest record includes at least 13 convictions for public intoxication.
