Officials say they are considering scrapping plan to stagger tolls, aim for full tolling in fall 2016.
LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- An Elizabethtown, Ky. father is behind bars after police say he shook his 6-month-old daughter, which led to her death.
21-year-old Barry Williams Jr. was arrested after Kosair Children's Hospital found that the child had been seriously injured after being shaken.
Williams had been watching the child at the time and has been charged with first-degree assault.
The child was pronounced dead Wednesday, and police say more charges will follow for Williams.
