LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- One year after the FBI raided a Bardstown pharmacy, the owner is charged.
Timothy Sizemore -- the owner of Crume Drug Store -- is charged with health care fraud and wire fraud.
He's accused of using patients' and doctors' names to create fake prescriptions and then billing insurance companies for them -- even though they were never filled -- and doing the same with Medicare Part D.
Federal investigators say the scheme took place between April 2010 and February 2012.
Sizemore could face 30 years in prison and a $500,000 fine.
