LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- A passenger in a car waiting to make a turn died after another vehicle lost control and slammed into it.
LMPD says a man driving a green Dodge lost control while going southbound on Third Street Road near Stonestreet. The Dodge struck a white Nissan Rogue waiting to make a left turn onto Mitchell. The passenger in the Nissan was taken to University Hospital where he died of his injuries.
LMPD's Traffic Unit is investigating. No one has been charged.
