LOUISVILLE, KY. (WDRB) -- The Ford Motor Company's CEO is getting paid big bucks for his performance in leading the company.
Alan Mulally was given incentives this week worth nearly $12 million.
Ford also said he received $7 million worth of shares that became fully vested this week, and hundreds of thousands more that will be vested over the next three years.
Mulally has led the automaker's turnaround since he became chief executive of the then-struggling company in 2006. His paycheck for last year will be revealed later this month.
