LOUISVILLE, KY. (WDRB) -- A cab trip from Jeffersonville, Ind. to Paducah, Ky. ended in a robbery, according to Kentucky State Police.
43-year-old Byron Peeler was arrested and charged with robbery. Police say Peeler rented a cab from the Checker Cab Company in Jeffersonville, and went to Paducah. KSP says the cab allegedly made several stops along the way.
Police say once in Paducah, Peeler robbed the driver and ran away. Paducah Police detectives found him about 3:30 Tuesday and arrested him. He's in the McCracken County Regional Jail.
