LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- A Louisville man is facing felony charges after police say he was found in a home with marijuana -- and three juveniles.
According to the arrest report, police searched a home on Afton Road, near the intersection of Shelbyville Road and Moser Road, at approximately 3 p.m. on Saturday.
Inside, police say they found three teenagers -- ages 13, 14 and 15 -- and over 1-lb. of marijuana.
Police say the marijuana was packaged in three containers and secured in a safe.
Justin Britt, age 20, was a resident of the home and told police he had the combination to the safe, according to the arrest report.
Police say they also found a digital scale, bongs and Xanax pills in the home.
The 13-year-old was sitting next to a marijuana grinder and a small quantity of marijuana, according to the arrest report.
"The amount of marijuana and pills found in the home, along with the digital scale and baggies, are all consistent with that of...street-level drug sales," the arrest report states.
Britt was arrested and charged with trafficking in marijuana, trafficking in a controlled substance, the delivery or manufacture of drug paraphernalia and engaging in an unlawful transaction with a minor, according to police.
