LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- We are learning disturbing new details about the horrific crash that killed six teenagers in northeast Ohio.
The driver of the SUV that crashed and flipped into a pond did not have a valid license.
Six friends who were between the ages of 14 and 19 were killed. Two others were able to break out a window and escape.
One survivors says it felt like the 19-year-old woman behind the wheel was going 80 mph around the curve.
"Everybody was talking about, 'We about to die, we about to die,'" said Brian Henry, one of the survivors. "When I heard that, I wanted to give up, but I had this-- I went to the first light I saw and was hitting the window as hard and fast as I can and my friend Andrique...was like, 'Bust the window BZ!' They call me BZ. All I heard was, 'bust the window, BZ!'"
The owner of the SUV told police Monday that it had been stolen, although it's not clear whether all of the teens knew that.
