LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- A Louisville man was arrested last night after police say he harassed a woman, shouting that he was a rapist.

According to an arrest report, it happened shortly after 7 p.m. at the Save A Lot on Portland Avenue, near N. 27th St.

Police say 27-year-old Terrance Roach approached a woman at that location and began speaking to her in a "crude, sexual manner" telling her "I am not a pedophile -- I am a rapist!"

He then allegedly followed her next door, where he "licked her neck."

Police say he ran away, but officers later apprehended him and the woman showed up in person to identify him.

Roach became "verbally aggressive" and started yelling at the woman, according to the arrest report, shouting "I'm a rapist!"

Roach was arrested and charged with harassment and disorderly conduct, police say.
