LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- A new restaurant just opened in downtown Louisville.
Chipotle Mexican Grill opened its first Louisville location this morning. It's known for its gourmet burritos, but you'll also finds tacos and salads. All of the food is prepared in open kitchens in plain view of customers.
The CEO says this fast food doesn't have to be your typical fast food experience.
The business says it prides itself on fresh, quality ingredients.
You can find it on S. 4th Street and it closes at 10:00 each night.
