LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- The man who died after a freight train struck him yesterday has been identified as 21-year-old Christopher Frazier. The coroner's office has ruled the death an accident. It happened when a freight train struck him along tracks that cross Valley Station Road east of Dixie Highway in Valley Station.
The coroner's office says he was walking southbound on the tracks, wearing earbuds when he was struck from behind by a southbound train.
Police responded to the scene just before 5 p.m. Wednesday.
