LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- Four championship trophies weren't enough for the IUS cheerleading team.
They brought home a 5th consecutive national title Friday night and a first place title for the international level six competition.
They competed in Cheer Limited National Championships in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina.
The IUS cheerleaders are coached by Kaelin Abbott, who has been volunteering her time to the program for 8 years.
The team has worked all year on their 2 minute and 30 second routine.
The cheerleaders are the only team to bring national championships to IUS.
