LOUISVILLE, KY. (WDRB) -- A top Ford executive recently named one of the 100 Leading Women in the North American Auto Industry shared her experiences at the 100 Wise Women event this morning.
As marketing director at Ford, Mary Lou Quesnell was given that honor by Automotive News.
Nearly 250 established and emerging women leaders got together to network and share perspectives at The Olmsted. Quesnell shared her wisdom from 27 years with Ford, saying the smallest gesture can take you far. That includes taking ten minutes to write a few thank-you notes or just giving someone a smile.
Proceeds from the event help women participate in Leadership Louisville Center programs.
