LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- The answers to a big test will be revealed for Jefferson County Public Schools today. The district plans to release its graduation rate data for the 2011-2012 school year.
According to the Kentucky Department of Education, the district's graduation rate is 67.8 percent, nearly 10 percent under the state average.
That's as State Education Commissioner Terry Holliday has described the district's low test scores and failing schools as "academic genocide."
The newest graduation figures are expected to come to light this afternoon.
