LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- The Owner of a Bardstown pharmacy changed his plea in federal court today.

Timothy Sizemore, the owner of Crume Drug Store, pleaded guilty to health care and wire fraud.

He's accused of using patients' and doctors' names to create fake prescriptions and then billing insurance companies for them, even though they were never filled, and doing the same with Medicare Part D.

Federal investigators say the scheme took place between April 2010 and February 2012.

As part of the deal, Sizemore will have to pay roughly $250,000 in restitution before May 3rd.

He could still face up to 30 years in prison, and a $500,000 fine.
