I-71 open after semi loses partial load of steel
LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- All northbound lanes of I-71 in Oldham County are now open after a tractor-trailer overturned this morning.
It happened about 7:40 a.m. at the LaGrange exit. The right lane was completely blocked for several hours after the semi carrying 45,000 pounds of coiled steel lost part of its load.
Andrea Clifford with the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet says all lanes were re-opened around 10:30 a.m.
