LOUISVILLE, KY. (WDRB) -- Police say a pedestrian who was struck on Taylorsville Road and later died was crossing against the traffic light.
The coroner's office has identified him as 44-year-old Charles James of Louisville. He died of his injuries at University Hospital at 9:06 a.m.
It happened about 6:45 this morning at Taylorsville and Lowe Road. Police say witnesses tell them James was crossing Taylorsville southbound to northbound when he was struck by a Ford Freestyle headed westbound.
