IU Southeast men's basketball team celebrates its Final Four run

LOUISVILLE, KY. (WDRB) -- The IU Southeast men's basketball team is celebrating their Final Four run.  It was the first appearance ever for the school in the NAIA Final Four.

It capped off a 30 and 5 season.  This was Coach Wiley Brown's third trip to a Final Four game.  The first two were as a player with the University of Louisville.

As coach, he now has a different perspective:  "In the back of your mind, you're thinking I want to go out there and help these guys out.  But those days are over with, so I trust these young men.  They're athletic, they work hard, and they know exactly what I expect out of them -- just go out and play hard and have a smile on your face regardless what happens throughout the game."

IU Southeast lost in the Final Four to Wisconsin's Cardinal Stritch University, which went on to win the N-AIA Division Two championship.
