That winning ticket matched the first five numbers, but not the Powerball. Kentucky Lottery officials say players should check their tickets right away and sign the back if they have the winner.
That wasn't the only winning ticket sold in the area: a $200,000 Cashball ticket was sold at the Smoker Friendly Discount Tobacco store in LaGrange. Two $10,000 Powerball winners were sold in Louisville one at Speedway #9686 on Southside Drive, and the other at the Kroger on Linn Station Road. Those players matched four of the first five numbers and the Powerball.
The Powerball jackpot went to $320 million for Saturday's drawing, with a cash option of $198 million.
A $1 million Powerball ticket was sold last week at the West Point BP, located at 204 South 4th Street in West Point, Ky.
