LOUISVILLE, KY. (WDRB) -- The East Washington, Ind. Rural Water Corporation has canceled a boil water advisory that went into effect on March 21 due to a water main break on Shorts Corner Road.
The advisory was for anyone south of Lake Salinda and west of Highway 60.
"Bacteriological samples have been collected from representative sites of the affected area and tested," the East Washington Rural Water Corp. said in a written statement. "The test results were satisfactory and it is no longer necessary to boil the water.
The cancellation is effective March 27, 2013 at 2:30 p.m.
