LOUISVILLE, KY. (WDRB) -- A Louisville man who police say dropped off another man at a hospital before he died appeared in court on Thursday.

Christopher Keith pleaded not guilty to tampering with physical evidence and being a convicted felon with a gun.

Police say on Saturday, he and Abigail Frazier dropped off Christopher "Buddy" Jones at Kosair Children's Hospital where Jones later died.  Keith told officers he fired the gun, but didn't shoot Jones.

Police say Keith and Frazier hid the gun, and Frazier threw away Jones' bloody clothes.

Frazier is also charged with bribery after police say she offered to perform a sex act for the two detectives investigating.
