DAYTON, Ohio (WDRB) -- You may not agree with his politics, but most of us can at least agree (I hope) that it's fun to have a President who enjoys filling out a bracket as much as the next person.

And President Barack Obama has chosen the Hoosiers to win it all.

"I think it's nice. I haven't seen it personally, heard about it. I think it's really good," said coach Tom Crean Thursday, before Indiana's open practice in Dayton. "But I'm also concerned that someone said that he was 1-3 in his picks before. You hope he's right on this one."

Mr. Obama hasn't correctly chosen a champion since his first bracket in 2009, when he picked North Carolina. This year, he has Indiana in the Final Four, beating Florida, then Louisville in the championship game. He also has Ohio State in the Final Four.

"I hope he's right," said sophomore guard and Eastern High School alum Remy Abell. "Let's just leave it at that."

Cody Zeller also hinted at how he doesn't always agree with the President, but liked his decision in this instance, before having a chuckle and realizing he was a little more candid with his political views than he meant to be.

"We'd love to meet him at the end of the year, I guess, if we win it all," he said. "That is kind of neat, I guess."

All in good fun...
