LOUISVILLE, KY. (WDRB) -- A grand jury on Friday indicted Dr. Ghias Arar on eight counts of sex abuse.
Last month a patient claimed he groped her, tore her clothing, and left DNA evidence on her. The woman's attorney says she has degenerative bone disease and went to Dr. Arar for help.
The doctor's attorneys claim he's innocent and the patient was doctor shopping.
