LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- The owner of a local gun supply store was arrested Tuesday morning after authorities say he walked into the Hall of Justice with a gun.
According to an arrest report, 45-year-old Ronald E. Buschmann entered the Hall of Justice at 9 a.m. from the 7th Street side. He was allegedly carrying a loaded Smith & Wesson .38 special on his person.
Sheriff's deputies saw the weapon on an X-ray machine, and stopped Buschmann, according to the arrest report.
He was arrested and charged with carrying a concealed deadly weapon -- a misdemeanor charge.
The Kentucky Secretary of State's Web site lists Buschmann as the owner of Shooters Supply, a gun supply store located near the corner of La Grange Road and Lyndon Lane in east Louisville.
